Class Size: For in-person office exercise classes, we recommend a maximum of 20 attendees to ensure each employee receives proper attention and guidance. However, if you have a larger team, we can accommodate by offering multiple sessions.
Location: We can deliver on-site sessions acrossSurrey and surrounding areas, whether in office studios, meeting rooms, or local parks and gyms.

Duration: Our classes are 50 minutes long, allowing for a seamless integration into your team’s workday without disrupting productivity.
